Theodore (Ted) Wells
Ted is a Partner with Allen & Curry, P.C., where he practices commercial litigation and construction law. In his construction practice, Ted represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, and property owners in a broad range of construction litigation, including contract drafting and negotiation, mechanic’s liens, payment disputes, and construction-defect matters. In addition to his construction practice, Ted represents clients in appeals of a broad range of civil matters.
Before joining Allen & Curry, Ted clerked for the Nevada Supreme Court.
Ted graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law where he served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business.
