If you are looking to build relationships with construction financial managers (CFMs) and industry providers in Colorado this chapter is for you!
In addition to the benefits of joining CFMA nationally, our chapter offers the following benefits:

CFMA Membership Types
The Construction Financial Membership Association (CFMA) has two types of members and these memberships are based on your role within the construction industry.
General Members represent all types of contractors, including generals and subcontractors as well as developers, construction managers, architects, engineers, principals, and material and equipment suppliers. General Member Dues for the current membership year are $355, plus $50 for your Colorado chapter membership.
Associate Members are those serving the construction industry, such as public accountants, sureties, bankers, insurance agents/brokers and carriers, consultants, and other service providers. Associate Member Dues for the current membership year are $455, plus $50 for your Colorado chapter membership.
CFMA’s member year runs from April 1-March 31 of the following year. Annual national dues of $390 for general members and $500 for associate members. Current Local dues are an additional $50 per year. Memberships are assessed on a pro-rated scale from May – September 15 depending upon which month the member joins the organization. Members joining from September 16 through April are assessed full annual dues. Chapter's dues, where applicable, are also assessed on a pro-rated scale per the schedule above. CFMA is an individual membership organization. Company memberships are currently not available.
